Article 1 — Service description
HapiGol is a free web service that helps you schedule golf rounds of up to 4 people and send day-of details to your group. No registration required — just a URL and a 4-digit PIN.
The Operator does not make golf course reservations or handle payments on your behalf. Selecting and booking a course is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy for information on data handling.
Article 2 — Terms of use
By using the service you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, please obtain parental or guardian consent before using the service.
Article 3 — Authentication and PIN
Round management uses a URL and a 4-digit PIN. Do not share your PIN with anyone outside your group. Multiple failed PIN attempts will temporarily lock access.
The Operator is not responsible for damages resulting from inadequate PIN management.
Article 4 — Prohibited activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Violating laws or public order and morality
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the service
- Interfering with the servers or network infrastructure
- Unauthorized access or any attempt thereof
- Harassing other users
- Unauthorized commercial use of information obtained through the service
- Providing benefits to antisocial forces
- Any other activity the Operator deems inappropriate
Article 5 — Service suspension and changes
The Operator may suspend or modify the service without prior notice for reasons including maintenance, incidents, or force majeure. The Operator is not liable for any resulting damages.
Article 6 — Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” The Operator makes no warranties regarding safety, accuracy, or completeness.
The Operator is not responsible for golf course bookings, the conduct of rounds, or communications between participants. The same applies to damages arising from use of the service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 — Data handling
Round data is automatically archived 6 months after the last access and permanently deleted 30 days thereafter.
Article 8 — Changes to terms
The Operator may update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
