This service does not collect any personally identifiable information such as email address, phone number, full name, address, or date of birth. No account registration is required to use the service.

The information collected by this service is limited to the following.

Information you provide

• Display name (nickname)
• Round title, candidate dates, area, budget, and notes
• Availability, golf experience, gear status, car availability, nearest station
• Comments on the round
• Course details entered by the organizer at confirmation
• 4-digit PIN per round

Automatically collected information

• IP address (for unauthorized access prevention)
• Access logs (for incident response and service improvement)

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating this service
• Preventing unauthorized access
• Incident response and service improvement
• Responding to legally required disclosures

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

This service uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Maintaining the organizer's management session (auto-expires after 24 hours)
• Access analytics

We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

Round data is automatically archived 6 months after the last access and permanently deleted 30 days thereafter. Access logs are retained for up to 6 months and then deleted.

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS. PINs are stored in a one-way hashed format that cannot be reversed by the Operator. We apply reasonable security measures, though complete security cannot be guaranteed.

This policy may be updated as necessary. Changes take effect when posted within the service.
